Ivan R. Roberts was born on the 26th day of August, 1947 on the Island of New Providence, to mother Maedon Mackey of San Salvador.
Loving the aviation field, he attended ACME School of Aeronautics, Fort Worth, Texas, USA, where he completed a Degree Course of studies in Aeronautical Aerospace Science in 1979. He majored in Science of Airframe & Power Plant Maintenance, receiving the FAA A&P Engineers License. In 1981, he sat the British Civil Aviation Authority Aircraft Maintenance Examination, receiving the British CAA A&C Engineers License. He had a very successful career and worked in many areas of this field. He retired in 2003 to build the body of Christ in the Long Island District.
He presently serves as Pastor of Salem Baptist Church and he served as the Long Island Convention President from 2013-2018.
Ivan has visited many countries during his life and met people of all colour, race and cultural background and he fellowshipped and worked with a number of believers and Pastors of different churches. Pastor Roberts lives Romans2:33…“O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His Judgments, and His ways past finding out!”
He follows where the Lord leads and he is still on the journey!
